What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical and consultative support across the full project lifecycle, from business requirements through design, testing, and implementation
- Participate in analysis sessions to define and refine program and system requirements
- Analyze budgets, schedules, and other program resources; identify shortfalls and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functional and technical teams to ensure requirements are met and outcomes achieved
- Monitor system testing activities, review test results, and identify discrepancies or project issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in program analysis, business analysis, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience supporting the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, system testing, and implementation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret budgetary and scheduling data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
