What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, implement, and manage region-wide service programs in alignment with procurement policies
- Analyze and evaluate program effectiveness through data collection and maintenance
- Communicate with County/City government officials and local law enforcement on behalf of the Department
- Assess social and economic needs of clients to support financial activities of extensive programming
- Provide training to regional staff on Purchase of Client Goods and Services (POGS)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Training or experience working with evidence-based practices on multi-disciplinary teams/programs
- Experience with organizations that serve community justice/supervision-involved clients
- Proven ability to manage and allocate a program budget
- Experience applying policy and program analysis techniques, including quantitative analysis methods
- Ability to determine training needs of staff and provide necessary training
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting market research and assessing social and economic needs of clients for program procurement
- Background in evaluating program effectiveness through research and data collection
