      Manages the College of Optometry mailrooms for faculty/staff and students with incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and receiving, notifies appropriate departments and/or delivers packages; distributes incoming faxes from fax server; responsible for ordering and maintaining the stock of office and other supplies; manages the College contract services with Comdoc for all copier and printer devices; oversees contract expirations and renews, schedules new equipment installations, serves as the point of contact for faculty/staff/students for printer repairs, communicates status updates and orders supplies for printers and copiers; coordinates with IT department on recurring problems with copiers/printers; assist Equipment Coordinator with annual PIER.

      Report and Asset Management process, maintain and update Asset Management database, assist with building key/card control management; use college Help Desk ticket system to manage printer and key/lock requests; other duties as assigned.
