What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with entering student registrations and managing course offerings
- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights and lodging for personnel and instructors
- Provide general office support related to project activities
- Maintain records of student enrollment and instructor contracts
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks with attention to detail
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required; job-related education and/or experience may substitute
- Experience in arranging travel logistics such as flights and lodging
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday and Blackboard systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
