      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with student registrations and manage travel arrangements for personnel and instructors
      - Complete administrative tasks associated with project activities and course management
      - Provide general office support, including handling records, student enrollment, and instructor contracts
      - Maintain course materials and ensure smooth operation of course offerings
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree required (job-related education and/or experience may be substituted upon approval)
      - Experience in arranging travel, including booking flights and lodging
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday and Blackboard platforms is preferred
