What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with daily program operations, including attendance, activity facilitation, and snack administration
- Support youth development in leadership, self-esteem, character, and healthy relationships
- Maintain a safe learning environment and communicate regularly with the Program Manager
- Prepare and maintain program records, including attendance and meal tracking
- Organize and facilitate community engagement events and showcase nights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in child development, human services, education, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with youth in educational or recreational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in tutoring and managing youth groups of 10-20 participants
- Valid MN Driver's License and proof of auto insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Bilingual in Spanish, Oromo, or Somali
