      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist Travel Recruiters and Program Managers with job requirements and communication
      - Screen inquiries from travelers, client facilities, and vendor partners to ensure timely resolutions
      - Track Nurse Competency Testing and assist in managing candidate submissions
      - Process travel vendor confirmations and manage travel needs in the Travel Module
      - Provide coverage for the Travel Administrative Assistant as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
      - 1-3 years of clerical experience
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
      - Knowledge of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
      - Familiarity with travel arrangements in a healthcare context
