      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct management reviews of assigned properties, including tenant file documents and rent calculations
      - Schedule and notify owners/agents of upcoming management review dates
      - Document conditions identified during reviews and follow up to ensure necessary corrections are made
      - Complete Management Review Reports and enter data into the Integrated Real Estate Maintenance System (iREMS) and Automated Contract Administration Processing (ACAP) System
      - Maintain excellent relationships with owners/managers of multifamily project-based Section 8 properties, tenants, HUD, and the general public

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; additional relevant experience may substitute for educational requirements
      - Five years of progressively responsible property management experience with multi-family project-based Section 8 properties preferred
      - Must be able to travel throughout the state and possess a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and current automobile liability and collision insurance
      - Attendance at HUD Subsidized Multi Family Housing Occupancy Training and passing the Certified Assisted Housing Manager Exam is required
      - Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with other Section 8 properties and background as a financial analyst
      - Additional certifications related to property management or compliance
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
      - Familiarity with compliance regulations and quality management systems
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
