What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface daily with researchers, program managers, finance, accounting, contracts, and external customers to resolve financial and operational issues
- Prepare financial deliverables and internal/external reports, including Internal Program Reviews (IPRs) and monthly forecasts
- Maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors and monitor costs while reviewing and approving invoices
- Support cash flow improvement initiatives by managing detailed invoice backup reports
- Develop budgets for assigned programs and perform financial analysis on funding profiles and variances

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Federal government contracting
- Experience in financial tracking and support for government customers in Program Control, Finance, Financial Analysis, and Accounting
- Familiarity with various program types such as Grants, CPFF, FFP, T&M, OTAs, and IDIQs
- Proficiency in processing and analyzing large data volumes in Excel and consolidating into management reports
- Knowledge of government contracting regulations, accounting, and finance principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PowerBI
- Proven background in Earned Value Management
- Strong understanding of the entire program lifecycle from proposal development to contract closeout
