What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze program costs, performing financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract, and ODC estimates against budget and forecast
- Review and approve contract invoices and perform purchase requestor duties as needed
- Verify and validate timecards for assigned contracts
- Run, validate, and track Deltek Costpoint reports to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for rapidly growing program areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field plus 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, preferably in the government sector
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret security clearance
- Experience in government contract financials and the Defense industry
- Understanding of DCAA/DCMA requirements and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present financial data to various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint and financial reporting tools
- Initiative to meet critical deadlines without reminders
- Strong proficiency in advanced use of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated success in developing substantiated basis of estimates and financial modeling
- Active, existing security clearance
