      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the assessment, development, implementation, and coordination of nursing clinical ladder advancement programs
      - Oversee nursing recognition nomination programs and maintain logistics and communication with stakeholders
      - Manage the Professional Development Fund, including processing travel and conference registrations
      - Facilitate nursing shared governance councils and organize administrative meetings
      - Provide high levels of customer service as the point of contact for the Center for Nursing Excellence

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma plus six (6) years of experience in business processes or administrative support, or
      - Associate’s degree plus four (4) years of experience in business processes or administrative support
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Superior technological skills with proficiency in software programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe products
      - Outstanding project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
      - Two (2) years of experience in business processes or administrative support
