What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee Nursing Recognition Programs, including DAISY awards and Annual Professional Nursing Awards
- Manage Nursing Professional Development Programs, such as the RN clinical ladder and national certification reimbursement program
- Facilitate and organize Nursing Shared Governance councils and administrative meetings
- Coordinate and assist with professional workshops and resources for role development
- Provide high-level customer service to stakeholders and serve as the main point of contact for the Center for Nursing Excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma plus six (6) years of experience in business processes or administrative support, or an Associate’s degree plus four (4) years of experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior technological and computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe products
- Outstanding project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ability to effectively manage time and be a self-starter
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in business processes or administrative support
