What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the assessment, development, implementation, and coordination of all nursing clinical ladder advancement programs
- Oversee nursing recognition nomination programs and maintain communication with stakeholders
- Manage the Professional Development Fund, including processing travel and conference registrations
- Facilitate centralized shared governance councils and coordinate presentations and meeting logistics
- Provide high-level customer service as the main point of contact for the Center for Nursing Excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma with six (6) years of experience in business processes or administrative support, or
- Associate's degree with four (4) years of experience in business processes or administrative support
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Superior technological skills with various software programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe products
- Outstanding project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in business processes or administrative support
