Job Description

- Assists the Program Manager in the general day-to-day management of BAL operations.
- Monitors quality assurance and support strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the Bilingual Access Line (BAL) program.
- Develop and establish collaborative relationships with community members, partners, funders and customers.
- Assists in planning and coordination of BAL activities, including program invoicing and events, as directed by the Program Manager.
- Review and prepare monthly reporting, quarterly, and annual reporting required by agency, enduring timely and accurate submission.
- Some supervisory responsibilities included.
- Associate's degree in business or social science field from an accredited college or university and/or one (1) to two (2) years of professional/office coordination level experience.
- Effective communication skills (i.e. verbal/written and listening skills)>
- Working knowledge of Windows and other MS programs.
- Ability to work directly, cooperatively, and collaboratively with multi-faceted and multi-ethnic programs, staff and volunteer force.
- Valid Driver's license and willingness to use properly insured car.
- Bachelor's degree in business or social science from an accredited college or university.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- Two (2) to three (3) years experience in two (2) or more of the following areas: interpretation, translation, administration, public relations and/or cross-cultural work.
Provide support and coordination with the Bilingual Access Line (BAL) program operations and staff. Establish and maintain partnerships, invoicing, quality services and high levels of ethics and integrity to meet the demands of culturally diverse needs of LEP community. Supports a culture of high performance aligned with the strategic goals or the organization.
