      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track project deliverables and ensure due dates are communicated across departments
      - Manage the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, including submissions and status updates
      - Coordinate internal and external meetings, taking notes and providing updates to the team
      - Review invoicing documents and prepare necessary reports for clients
      - Collaborate with logistics vendors for meeting planning tasks, including venue contracting and travel arrangements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered
      - 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience
      - High level of computer competency with intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of timeline and schedule development
      - Experience supporting a project manager or marketing team with coordinating tasks and tracking deadlines
