- Coordinates the implementation of program initiatives as assigned.
- Assists with data-entry, database management, reporting and outcomes data.
- Coordinates a variety of programs and management tasks.
- Supports growth and program development.
- Coordinates communication and marketing of programs through internal and external resources.
- Assists with client intake, processing, and scheduling.
- Updates records and creates reports or proposals.
- Works with EMR/EPIC.
- Serves as a representative on hospital committees and task forces, as assigned.
- Demonstrates problem solving, project management, critical thinking, and customer services skills.
- Order and maintain all supplies needed for the program.
- Respond to all inquiries from people interested in the program.
- Coordinates and organizes assigned responsibilities to confidential data.
- Promotes a positive working environment and encourages team concept.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Attends meetings and in-services. Presents reports, as needed.
- Assists with the planning and preparation of other proposals and presentations, as appropriate.
- Participates actively to assure compliance in assigned areas of responsibilities.
- Provides for his/her own personal and professional growth.
- Acts as a role model for all team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Position SummaryOrlando Health is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join the Wellness and Prevention team. This unique full-time position supports the coordination of all internal and external Prevention and Wellness activities, programs, and special projects. This position assists in the delivery of wellness programming to the community through classes, events, newsletters, and virtual presentations.

QualificationsEducation/Training:
Bachelor’s degree required. An associate degree and two (2) years of directly related experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree (in addition to the requirements listed in the Experience section).
Licensure/Certification:
None
Qualifications:
Two (2) years of experience working with health improvement/wellness programs and cross-functional work teams preferred. Experience in program coordination and presentation required.
Education/Training:
