Your Role
CGU has an exciting opportunity for a Business Enablement Manager to join the Workers Compensation team. In this pivotal role, you’ll identify, drive and deliver the continuous improvement of people, performance, process, and partnerships. You’ll design and drive the delivery of the Workers Compensation business plan (including the people plan) and lead the implementation of key initiatives to achieve our 1-3 year objectives.
This role acts as a conduit to CGU Operations, supporting the prioritisation and delivery of initiatives requested from both within and outside of CGU Workers Compensation. Additionally, you’ll support and inspire our people to deliver excellence through continuous improvement and achieve target risk maturity.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to establish strong and trusting relationships with stakeholders and leverage these connections to generate insights and optimise end to end practices and outcomes for Workers Compensation.
This is a full time, permanent role and you can be based anywhere in Australia.
