What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and support to 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) subrecipients in grant management and compliance
- Review 21st CCLC applications and assist subrecipients in achieving compliance with federal and state regulations
- Conduct training and site visits to evaluate program quality and provide guidance for improvement
- Present professional learning courses on various topics related to 21st CCLC programming and grants management
- Collaborate with subrecipients to develop supportive relationships and adapt learning opportunities to their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a field directly related to the program responsibilities and two (2) years of professional experience; or a Master's degree in an appropriate area with two (2) years of professional experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments
- Excellent writing, proofreading, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of contracts and grants compliance, as well as federal, state, and local regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Adult Education, or a related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of professional training experience or a Master's degree in the same fields with 2 years of professional training experience
- Ability to interpret and apply related laws, ordinances, and policies effectively
