      • Department: Enterprise Clinical Informatics
      • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift
      • Salary range: $133,390 - $185,938 per year
      • Eligible for annual bonus incentive

      What You Will Do

      • Lead the system-wide digital quality measure (dCQM) reporting strategy and compliance, ensuring all programs align with federal and state regulations including CMS and TJC standards.
      • Manage cross-functional teams of analysts, informaticists, architects, and data specialists to optimize data extraction and reporting across multiple EHR platforms.
      • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable technical workflows for clinical and IT teams to embed data-driven improvements into all care settings.
      • Oversee the implementation and enhancement of clinical quality programs by integrating digital quality metrics into clinical practice to directly improve patient outcomes.
      • Develop advanced performance dashboards and technical reporting tools to communicate critical quality data and regulatory performance metrics to system leadership.

      What You Will Need

      Education:

      • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

      Additional Preferences

      • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Informatics, or Healthcare Administration with at least 7 years of experience in regulatory reporting and clinical quality management.

      • Deep technical expertise in CMS IQR, QPP/MIPS, and TJC standards, with a proven track record of operationalizing complex clinical specifications across Epic, Cerner, and Meditech EHRs.

      • Professional certification in CPHQ or CPHIMS is highly preferred to lead cross-functional teams in the strategy and execution of digital quality reporting.
