      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering) is required; a master's degree is preferred.

      • At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably with programs that supported large DoD network operation and maintenance efforts.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

      • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

      • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

      • Active DoD Secret clearance at minimum

      • Ability to travel to customer locations (primarily Ft. Meade and Scott AFB) as required.

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

      • Previous experience managing DISA program and projects.

      Responsibilities:

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

      • Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and processes.

      • Monitor program progress and performance and identify and mitigate risks and issues.

      • Provide leadership and guidance to program team members, motivating and inspiring them to achieve program goals.

      • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

      • Make informed decisions and solve problems to ensure the successful delivery of programs.

      • Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules.

      • Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.

      • Continuously improve program management processes and practices.
