- You will assist in the identification of resources needed to provide the full range of business operations services.
- You will lead and facilitate collaboration among the General Fund Business Office (GFBO) functional teams to correct inefficiencies or imbalances and lead discussions and identification of alternative problem solving methods.
- You will facilitate joint discussions of shared concerns, elicit a common understanding of objectives and devise problem solving approaches that meet with user approval.
- You will ensure business process and technical areas are synchronized on a continuing basis.
- You will lead team members in conducting follow-up assessments to determine the degree to which affected user communities have achieved a degree of comfort with any new capabilities and making full use of them.
- You will assure schedules for joint action are maintained so they are accurate and up to date, and that difficulties that could create problems and impede full use of capabilities are identified, investigated and resolved.
- You will participate on teams and focus groups on the development of process strategies and action plans.
- You will delegate work an assign priorities of efforts to team members.
- You will provide advice, counsel, instruction and decisions on both technical and administrative management issues to team members.
- Must be a US Citizen.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
You will serve as a Program Manager in the NAVAIR Navy ERP Bus Office Division of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
If selected, your salary will be set according to the established control point of this position, which is GS-14 Step 10.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band (NH-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating skill in applying program management concepts and methods to the executive level planning and direction of enterprise resource planning programs; 2) Interpreting and applying laws, regulations and major policy directives governing IT acquisition and administration program planning and management; 3) Providing guidance and advice for efforts to pioneer innovative new strategies and programs requiring coordinated action; 4) Planning and conducting studies that reveal trends and patterns of ERP work methods, manpower use, distribution of work, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems.
