- Create and manage highly complex operational or technical projects and programs;
- Own and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity;

- Work with large remote, matrixed, cross-functional organizations, which may include operations, development, product management, and release engineering teams;
- Work in technical settings including cyber security, systems architecture, cloud computing or information systems’ regulatory compliance;
- Negotiate alignment across diverse stakeholder set;
- Linux, Shell Scripting, Oracle SQL, CRM, OSS/BSS; and
- Networking, Routing/Switching, Network Provisioning, and Architecture, TCP/IP.

Job Duties: Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product, involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget. Monitor project(s) from initiation through delivery. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. May consult with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance. May telecommute. (385.34659)

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $163,550 to $199,999 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and/or equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
