What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in the annual filing process, including populating necessary templates and coordinating reviews
- Participate in calls with CMS and state-based exchanges to ensure compliance and strategic alignment
- Conduct competitive analysis on pricing and regulatory trends impacting the dental insurance market
- Support the Partner Management team with reporting and performance analysis during the exchange off-season
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a program manager or in a similar role
- Experience working in the ACA/Exchange marketplace (Healthcare.gov or State-Based Exchanges)
- Strong program management, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting Open Enrollment activities
- General knowledge of insurance product designs, particularly dental products
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration among diverse stakeholders
