What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate global onboarding programs to ensure a seamless experience for new hires across multiple locations
- Manage program communication and calendar to drive participation and engagement
- Maintain and consolidate program documentation for reliability and accessibility
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the onboarding experience
- Organize data from various sources and support reporting to executive stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of program or project management experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Mail, Calendar)
- Experience in a multinational organization with US and international operations
- Familiarity with a Learning Management System, preferably Docebo
- Understanding of executive communication and enterprise dynamics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with other employee onboarding software tools or platforms
- Background in process optimization
