What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage Cvent registration websites, mobile apps, and surveys
- Assist with rooming lists, transportation manifests, and attendee registration
- Create client proposals and manage program vendors and budgets
- Participate in industry events and maintain internal Social Media platforms
- Generate program reports and work with Group Air Travel team for client communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of meetings industry experience
- CMP Certified Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Cvent Registration Software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experienced in Social Media platforms
- Comfortable communicating with clients and being on camera for meetings as needed
