      Description

      About LegalZoom
We're here to make legal help accessible to all. LegalZoom transformed the legal industry with the launch of our online services and groundbreaking technology in 2001. Since then, millions of customers have counted on us to officially start and run businesses, protect brands and intellectual property, and look after loved ones through wills and trusts.
As the industry leader for over 20 years, innovation remains at the center of all we do. We're creative thinkers and problem solvers with a passion for building legal and tax products that make a positive impact on the world, and we're always looking for exceptional people to push us further.
With us, you'll do work that's as rewarding as it is challenging with a team where every voice matters and diversity, equality, and inclusion are truly embraced. Together, we'll continue to democratize the law and make a real difference in the lives of millions.
      Hybrid Environment
At the end of 2021, LegalZoom officially committed to being a remote-first company. Remote-first means that Zoomers are not expected to come into an office for a fixed number of days outside of those employees identified as essential onsite workers. While we remain a remote-first culture, our local offices have evolved as collaboration spaces for Zoomers to meet and engage in person.

This role is located at our Austin office.

      Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across our Partner Management and Customer Success organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for turning strategic priorities into action, aligning teams around shared goals, and delivering results that directly support our company’s operational and financial objectives.
You’ll serve as a critical connector between leadership and execution teams — ensuring that our most important objectives are scoped, structured, and delivered with discipline. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a program leader who is analytical, system-oriented, and passionate about driving organizational clarity, momentum, and impact.

      You will
      • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Identify, scope, and drive cross-functional programs that support key operational and financial objectives across Partner Management and Customer Success teams.
      • Operationalize OKRs: Translate strategic objectives into structured, actionable programs with clear timelines, ownership, and outcomes.
      • Maintain Organizational Cadence: Drive the rhythm of execution by managing program timelines, milestones, and interdependencies across departments.
      • Create Executive-Ready Reporting: Deliver consistent, data-informed reporting on program performance, risks, and impact to senior stakeholders.
      • Ensure Accountability & Alignment: Align stakeholders across teams, clarify roles and responsibilities, and create accountability structures to ensure initiatives stay on track.
      • Drive Decision-Making Through Data: Use analytical insights to evaluate trade-offs, prioritize initiatives, and ensure resources are directed to the highest-impact opportunities.
      • Enable Scalable Execution: Build scalable processes and governance models that streamline execution and improve cross-functional coordination.
      • Act as Strategic Connector: Serve as the central link between strategy and execution, ensuring that high-level ideas translate into results that move the business forward.
      You have
      • 7+ years of experience in program management, strategic operations, or business planning in a complex, cross-functional environment.
      • Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives from conception through execution with measurable business impact.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and inform strategic decisions.
      • Expertise in translating high-level objectives into clear, actionable plans with defined KPIs and accountability structures.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
      • Ability to build trusted relationships across levels and functions, influencing without authority.
      • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
      • Experience with OKR frameworks, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet), and performance dashboards.
      • Background in Customer Success, Partner/Vendor Operations, or B2B services is a plus.
      • Remote Employees should confirm that the internet service available has adequate bandwidth to support all work processes.
