Your New Role…

The Program Manager will help the Consumer Digital Products (CDP) product and design leadership and team members plan and execute initiatives across DTC through managing and improving existing product operations. The CDP team oversees the creation of immersive digital products that serve to inspire and entertain US fans of beloved brands like Adult Swim, Boomerang, Cartoon Network, Food Network, HGTV, Magnolia and Turner Classic Movies across mobile, tablets, web, connected TVs, games and other emerging technologies.

This Program Manager is a part of the Product Operations team and will oversee program deliverables against our roadmap throughout the product life cycle. They will partner with product and design teams to ensure timely deliverables and also with engineering, including TPMs, to align on project workstreams. The Program Manager will drive regular business operations to coordinate, collaborate, and execute upon the program. To do so, they will work closely with leaders to support program initiatives by collaborating across disciplines in a matrixed and geographically diverse team.

A successful person in this role will have strong project management and problem-solving skills. They will communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, articulating business impact and technical constraints tailored to the audience. They will build effective and productive relationships by fostering trust and communicating clearly. They will be organized, have a bias to act quickly, enjoy diving into details and data, and be curious to learn all facets of the programs they run and support.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Plan and execute various programs by working with stakeholders across product management, design, engineering and customer services teams to drive delivery.
• Communicate program health to leadership and key stakeholders through program reviews and flash reports, including status, priorities, risks, and action items.
• Mitigate risks and issues to ensure each team has the information and assets they need to effectively deliver their key priorities.
• Plan and execute our end to end product processes and mechanisms across Consumer Digital Products.
• Foster effective collaboration and systems that help teams executive and improve their work streams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years experience in product, program or project management within a technology or digital organization.
• Strong attention to detail and a high-degree of follow-through.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A love of working closely with others to empower them to excel.
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
