      Job Description:
      The Program Manager (PM) will drive strategic and operational components for the Amazon Future Builders Program (AFBP), Pinnacle and LEAD Program.
      1) AFBP is a 32 month rotational program for recent MBA graduates with the objective of hiring and developing future leadership across the different teams in Amazon.
      2) Pinnacle is a leadership development program for high performing women in the Tech and Non-Tech space.
      3) Leading Effectively Across Differences (LEAD) is a leadership development program for L8 leaders aimed at strengthening the intercultural communication and influencing skills of the participants which enables them to be more effective while working in diverse teams.
      The AFBP Program Manager is responsible for partnering with senior leaders across business and Student Programs recruiting while also providing day-to-day support for participants and implementing key program initiatives/strategic program components. Identifying areas to improve systems and processes is also a core responsibility to enable the Program to grow and scale with the organization. The role will also closely partner with HR, and CoE counterparts in ensuring AFBP stays relevant to core business needs and in driving the key elements of program on ground. The role will require the incumbent to manage 3 different swimlanes - Finance, IN Corp and IN stores with a current batch size of ~275 AFBP employees.
      As a PM for Pinnacle and LEAD, the role will work across HR partners and business units across different countries to develop scalable solutions. From defining requirements to troubleshooting implementation, the role will use operational skills to leverage various platforms to deliver our products to employees around the organization. The incumbent will need to expand the scope of both the programs. The avg cohort size of Pinnacle is to target ~250 women leaders YoY.

      Key job responsibilities
      Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

      · Program Strategy: Create, and continually review, the program strategy and structure to assure it is aligned with overall goals. This includes managing program data, seeking Timely feedback from stakeholders, and working backwards from customer needs to keep developing the program and making it more relevant for participant needs.
      · Participant Development & Support: Design experiences which help participants grow as leaders. This includes identifying or creating training and experiential learning. Facilitate opportunities for participants to gain exposure and build relationships with business leaders. Work with participant managers to clarify expectations, consult on performance issues and facilitate rotations. Program manager in this role will ensure timely delivery on the above parameters by coordinating with stakeholders, and highlight any blockers to the business as well as HR leadership.
      · Talent Management: Keeping a track on participant progress. Coordinate with respective managers so that they have well defined charters for participants during the rotation stint.
      · Stakeholder Management: Regularly report on the health of both the programs and participant outcomes. Engage stakeholders in the strategy and structure review process. Work with the SP team to drive execution, thus enabling Amazon to be viewed as a “Preferred Employer” for MBA graduates. Empower stakeholders to evangelize the program and find ways to give participants exposure to stakeholders.
      · Recruiting: Partner with recruitment partners to ensure attraction and pipeline activities are effective. Engage with interns and ensure there is a seamless transition for successful interns into AFBP. Work with campus recruitment reps to ensure right level of business sponsorship to make the program successful.
      · Reporting: Develop metrics, dashboards, and mechanisms to track the progress and success of both the programs. Provide inputs for recruitment and promotions during people MBRs.
      A successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, is detail oriented and uses data and analytical skills to make decisions and influence key partners. In addition, a successful candidate will have the ability to collaborate across departments (recruiting, learning and development, HR) in a large matrix organization. The role will also require managing and reporting out org and people metrics.

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Bangalore, KA, IND- 5+ years of program or project management experience
      - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
      - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
      - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
      - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
      - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
      - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
      - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
