- DR initiatives: managing third-party control of customer's thermostats.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with strong project management and budget tracking skills to lead the day-to-day operations of an energy awareness pilot program in Ontario. This role involves managing incoming applications, identifying and escalating issues, and coordinating with both internal teams and external partners, including contracting firms. Prior experience with Salesforce is not required, as the role includes a two-week overlap with the current position holder to ensure a smooth transition. Candidates should be adept at tracking monthly budget figures and interpreting invoices using basic Excel tools. The focus is on implementation rather than design, as the project is currently in the design phase and aims to launch in the field by the end of July. The initiative is fuel-agnostic, targeting both gas and electric awareness in Ontario, and does not involve marketing responsibilities. Industrial experience is considered an asset.
