  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage and oversee program operations, including budget and curriculum tracking
  - Provide 1:1 engagement and guidance for program participants throughout their tenure
  - Collaborate with key functional partners to ensure a seamless program experience
  - Plan and execute program-wide events, including conferences and orientations
  - Leverage participant feedback to continuously innovate and improve the program
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2+ years of experience in Leadership Development, Career Development, Project/Program Management, or related field
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Forms)
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  - Strong time management and prioritization skills; ability to handle competing priorities
  - Willingness to travel occasionally
