      Job Description

      We are looking for a talented individual…

      To join our team as a Program Manager! A successful candidate will be energetic and an outgoing leader for our team. Program Managers are responsible for all phases of client programs from inception to completion. You will be primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. Derives and details a narrative approach to program delivery. Develops new business or expands the product line with the client. Analyzes problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to program plans and schedules. Identifies program challenges and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Determines the profitability and viability of new products or program enhancements. Develops strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance relative to market opportunity, working closely with company functional groups over the entire life cycle. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, marketing, operations, analytics, and administrative areas.

      • Manage multiple concurrent contracts and budgets with annual revenue of $2M-$5M

      • Execute contracts for compliance and client satisfaction

      • Understand client preferences and program deliverables

      • Negotiation of contracts

      • Direct line and second line supervision of program delivery team

      • Matrix style functional direction of support resources for program delivery

      • Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program results

      • Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service and satisfaction

      • Direct management and development of program staff

      • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development)

      • Develop program processes and make recommendations for improvement

      • Technical document review (Project Scope, Manual and Associated Documents).

      • Assemble data for invoicing and project reporting activities.

      • Identify and escalate program issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management

      In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

      • Relevant DSM (energy efficiency/demand response) work experience a plus

      • 5-8 years project management experience

      • 2+ years people management experience

      • Self-starter with a positive and outgoing outlook and personality

      • Bachelor’s degree required

      • Strong customer service experience and focus

      • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the following Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

      • Salesforce/CRM proficiency a plus

      $86,300.00 - $129,400.00
