What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end execution of clinical data science programs, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with data scientists, statisticians, and clinical researchers to align on project objectives and data requirements
- Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress for timely completion
- Provide strategic oversight on data science methodologies, ensuring analyses meet clinical and regulatory standards
- Communicate program status and insights to stakeholders, addressing any issues or risks impacting success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, clinical research, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Extensive experience in program management within the clinical data science domain
- Strong background in data science methodologies and statistical analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning
