What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end execution of clinical data science programs, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with data scientists, statisticians, and clinical researchers to align on project objectives and data requirements
- Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress for timely completion
- Provide strategic oversight on data science methodologies, ensuring analyses meet clinical and regulatory standards
- Communicate program status and insights to stakeholders, addressing any issues that may impact success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, clinical research, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred
- Extensive experience in program management within clinical data science or a related domain
- Strong background in data science methodologies and statistical analysis
- Exceptional leadership skills managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools, including risk management and budgeting

- Experience with complex data-driven projects in a clinical research setting
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with regulatory standards in clinical research
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights clearly
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and resource planning
