What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the evaluation and strategic fit for new innovations or technology that aligns with the employer's mission and clinical transformation portfolio
- Develop analyses related to market strategic positioning, market conditions, and service line growth
- Support the development of business plans and financial pro formas to evaluate program economics
- Establish governance structures and align stakeholders to advance priority initiatives
- Administer innovation tournaments by sourcing ideas and evaluating submissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong technical skills
- Experience in strategy consulting and research
- Minimum of 5 years of data analysis and research experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and research
- Proven experience in strategy consulting
- Strong leadership or management background
- Advanced technical skills related to healthcare innovations
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and market trends
