What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for the complete life-cycle of projects
- Design project plans and identify needs and major tasks
- Accountable for activities with excess delivery cycles of 8 to 12 months
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage and track program progress against the program plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance
- 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps to coordinate work
- 4+ years as a Scrum Master on a product team
- 4+ years of experience using the Scrum framework
- 5+ years overseeing vendor lead projects ensuring successful delivery of contract scope and deliverables

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years designing & implementing project plans
- 5+ years of previous experience in enterprise program/project planning
- 4+ years of experience using Team Foundations Server or Azure DevOps
