Job Description

- •Lead and oversee special projects, establish and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track the progress of strategic initiatives and provide visibility to senior stakeholders
•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with the promoter’s strategic objectives
•Drive topline and bottom-line improvements by enabling strategic cross-functional projects spanning all digital verticals
•Assist with everything from optimizing day-to-day operations to executing high-priority initiatives to addressing the most crucial strategic questions
•Develop and implement the PMO framework, including policies, processes, and procedures, to standardize project management practices across the organization
•Stay informed about industry innovations and emerging trends to provide insights and recommendations for the startup's growth and competitiveness
•Evaluate data required for decisions, identify sources of appropriate data, own up to the sanity/accuracy of available data, ensure transformations for the right decision making
•Create and Drive a culture of learning through experimentation - Consultants, Project Managers, Sr. Government/PSU officials/Financial Institutions & Banks, Analysts, Investors, PE Investors, Professional Associations, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, Technical & Equipment vendors etc

- This position requires a highly analytical, strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely directly with senior leadership
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Experience in working cross-functionally, and with various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Must be data-savvy and good at crunching numbers
- Ability to work under pressure & ambiguity and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Math / Engineering / Economics / Finance
- Master’s Degree in Management would be preferred
