      Our Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) seeks a dynamic and customer-focused Program Manager adept at leading diverse programs for multiple clients. This role requires a proactive and analytical approach with a strong project management background. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating sophisticated project landscapes while maintaining a strategic vision.

      About You:

      You possess a profound expertise in program and project management methodologies, with a solid track record of successfully leading large-scale initiatives. Your strategic foresight enables you to grasp the broader organizational goals while making informed decisions. Your financial prowess ensures projects stay on budget, while your ability to develop strong business partnerships at all levels drives impactful client relationships. Adaptable and resourceful, you thrive in multitasking environments and excel at prioritization.

      What you’ll do:

      You will lead and mentor a team in delivery of program objectives. Your mentorship will help to align all projects with program objectives. While embracing and championing EPMO governance policies and procedures you will deliver quality of work for each of the following project management domains.

      Scope Management

      • Define project scope and facilitate approval processes.
      • Supervise scope delivery across multiple programs and ensure traceability and maintenance of requirements.

      Resource Management

      • Provide resource estimations and pricing for contracts.
      • Handle appropriate staffing and resource forecasting on assigned programs.

      Integration Management

      • Prepare for and lead program kickoff presentations.
      • Handle interdependencies between various projects in a program and lead coordination of work across practice and solution areas.

      Financial Management

      • Achieve corporate realization and profitability targets.
      • Handle program financial planning, forecasting, budget reconciliation, and invoicing activities ensuring accuracy.

      Schedule Management

      • Build and maintain program schedules where applicable.
      • Work with Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

      Quality Management

      • Ensure quality of delivery on all assigned programs and projects and conduct lessons learned activities.
      • Achieve/exceed corporate customer satisfaction goals.

      Performance Management

      • Track and communicate program health and progress to all impacted groups.
      • Regularly report on program status (budget, scope, schedule, resources, etc.).

      Risk/Issue Management

      • Identify potential program risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
      • Act as a point of contact for raised issues or major decisions within the program.

      Communications Management

      • Identify and engage all impacted internal and client team members.
      • Develop engagement, communication, and training plans.

      What you’ll need:

      • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as business administration, project management, or a related field
      • Preferred certifications: Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      • 6+ years of experience in project management or related fields; Prior experience in program management or leading all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously is highly preferred.
      • Digital and content creation/management experience preferred.
      • Experienced in Agile methodologies, systems and processes.
      • Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
      • Jira and Workday experience preferred.
