      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project management for electrical distribution programs and ensure adherence to project schedules
      - Develop and manage project schedules, identify risks, and resolve issues as they arise
      - Monitor program performance and manage scope, schedule, and resource changes
      - Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and external stakeholders
      - Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any safety incidents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
      - 8-10 years of project management experience, specifically in electric utility transmission and distribution
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Competency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe) and scheduling software (P6)
      - Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for site visits

      - Ability to work well in a group setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
