Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Project Management skills to oversee and drive FA processes to successful completion.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data & collect evidence, prepare PowerPoint presentations, analyze logs etc.
• Work across time zones with global teams and vendors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Develop and maintain informative data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to support decision-making.
• Suggest improvements to data processes and methodologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between Business Unit (BU) Engineering,
• suppliers, and the Failure Analysis (FA) team to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
• Follow up closely with each stakeholder to ensure FA timelines are met.
• FA Case Management: Manage and update FA case status efficiently in Quality Management System ,
• from Failure Identification (FI) to shipment, ensuring timely analysis and resolution.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of the Failure Analysis process. Report findings in a clear and
• concise manner for customer reporting. Update the status in Quality Management System
• Identify overdue cases from vendors and drive vendors to obtain FA reports.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify component failure trends and
• recommend corrective actions. Utilize prior experience in hardware engineering to optimize
• processes and improve efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Gather data from various sources and ensure its accuracy and
• completeness. Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis. Identify trends, patterns,
• and anomalies in large datasets and

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 a year
