- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a scientific, education or business field, and at least eight years' demonstrated experience in technology related project management including demonstrated experience with all tasks below. Relevant education/training and experience may be considered by the Gov't as an acceptable substitute for minimum education requirements
- Demonstrated experience with cost, schedule, and performance with STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).
- Possess excellent organizational, management, and communications skills
- Possess proficiency with Microsoft software programs, such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- NDA in place
- Master's Degree
- 12+ years' demonstrated experience as defined in
- Prior experience in medical research related project management or education
- Familiarity with CCAR (Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System)
- Understanding of fundamental fiscal restrictions/regulations and various types of contract vehicles

What You Will Be Doing:
Provide professional program management support and assistance necessary to aid in the mission accomplishment for the Human Effectiveness Directorate, Air and Space Biosciences Division 711 HPW/RHBA, En Route Care Product Area. The Air and Space Biosciences Division is an international center for research and technology evaluation in hazard mitigation, public health, contingency operations, performance enhancement, human systems integration, and clinical aerospace medicine disciplines including aeromedical evacuation. The division's branches provide research and consultative capability for aeromedical, chemical, biological, and radiological health hazard needs, as well as research for the biomedical impact of flight. The En Route Care Research Product Area supports Air Force Medical Service research interests by creating high-performance, integrated systems for individualized, operations-enhancing health readiness.
