The Program Management Organization (PMO) team under the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help us build and expand on our Business Integrations for GPO. The person in this role will partner at all levels of the organization, make data driven decisions, and apply good judgement to manage escalations, competing priorities, and deliverables. The person in this role will balance thinking big with realities of delivering on customer promises. Lastly, the Program Manager breaks down complex problems with no clear answers (and at times, conflicting data) into simple, innovative solutions and/or clear, measurable implementation plans.

      Key job responsibilities
      - Manage Change Management for Business Integration GPO Programs and New Business Opportunities

      - Manage change management and business integration plans for large scale GPO programs from inception to completion

      - Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success criteria for individual procurement initiatives and programs

      - Prepare and give detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focused on strategic programs and associated impacts

      - Clearly communicate the stories of the programs, their status and track actions

      - Ensure successful adoption of implemented GPO strategies through change management

      - Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of procurement activities

      - Execute strategic business objectives while working with key internal stakeholders to improve GPO with the latest internal and external information

      - Keys to success in this role include exceptional analytics, judgment, and communication skills

      We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

      Houston, TX, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Seattle, WA, USA- 3+ years of program or project management experience
      - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
      - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
      - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
      - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
      - Bachelor's degree- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
      - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
      - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
      - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
