      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive GRC education strategy across key frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
      - Build and maintain GRC-related educational materials, ensuring they reflect the latest regulations and industry standards.
      - Design engaging learning experiences, including on-demand courses and live workshops, to simplify complex compliance topics.
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align educational programs with business goals and customer needs.
      - Monitor global compliance developments and update educational content proactively to reflect regulatory changes.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.
      - Proven experience in designing, launching, and scaling educational initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes.
      - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts effectively.
      - Ability to track evolving regulations and translate them into timely educational updates.
      - Proficiency with e-learning platforms and content development tools.

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with technical, product, and customer-facing teams to enhance education strategies.
      - Analytical mindset with the ability to assess program performance and implement data-driven improvements.
      - Familiarity with enablement tools and systems such as Camtasia, LMS platforms, Zendesk, and Intercom.
