      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead cross-functional core teams and manage complex hardware projects through the product development process
      - Establish project plans, objectives, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with Design Control procedures
      - Communicate and present regular project status updates to various levels of the organization, including executive management
      - Participate in process improvement initiatives related to product development and compliance
      - Ensure adherence to company policies, including privacy and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of direct experience managing projects in FDA-regulated and ISO 14971 certified industries
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device industry with compliance to internal Quality Systems
      - Proficient in Project Management Tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
      - Ability to communicate effectively and establish cooperative working relationships with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certificate in Project Management (PMP) is desired or willingness to pursue certification in the future
      - Experience managing projects focused on solutions for individuals with diabetes
      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device development, including FDA’s Design Controls and ISO standards
