      Program Manager

      The Opportunity:

      As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a seasoned program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

      As a leader on our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, FT, workflows, dashboards and regular interactions with SMEs, customers, and project analysts.

      You Have:

      • 5+ years of experience in program or portfolio management in a dynamic engineering field

      • Experience with financial management of large-scale projects

      • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, JIRA, Kanban, dashboards, and workflow automations

      • Knowledge of federal government contracting processes, regulations, and standards, including Federal Acquisitions Regulation (FAR)

      • Ability to lead a large team in a dynamic and fast paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities

      • DHS Suitability

      • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Management, Project Management, or Engineering field

      Nice If You Have:

      • 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management in a dynamic engineering field

      • Ability to manage client relationships

      • Master's degree in a relevant field

      • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification

      Vetting:

      Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; DHS Suitability is required.

      Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
