- Building and updating universal selling aides (coordinated)

- Ensuring all relevant digital content is on point
- Brand strategy / “Swim Lane” management
- Promotional item support (channel is placement / display)
- Maintain competitive cross-reference
- Insight fueled POS driving actions – customer mix/refresh
- Works with Channel to ensure pricing consistency
- Adaptation of existing product (Package, Qty, Art…) NO PHYSICAL CHANGE TO THE PRODUCT
- Packaging artwork for the program (design & content)

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field., 1-2 years’ experience in related field.

Job Summary

The Program Manager I - Product Management is responsible for aligning customer and Hillman brand/product strategies. In this role you will be responsible for creating and presenting compelling category and product propositions that drive profitable growth and market share for both Hillman and our customers.
