      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the management and implementation of Hurricane Response project cycles, ensuring adherence to program quality principles and donor requirements
      - Manage team dynamics, provide coaching, and contribute to the recruitment and performance management of project staff
      - Analyze project performance data to identify issues and facilitate learning among project staff and partners
      - Coordinate capacity strengthening interventions for partner organizations to ensure quality project implementation
      - Represent Caritas Antilles in coordination platforms and ensure compliance with international guiding principles and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, International Relations, or Project Management
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant field-based experience in coordinating or managing moderately complex projects, preferably with an international NGO
      - Demonstrated knowledge of humanitarian coordination systems and stakeholder engagement
      - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and professional communication skills in English
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a relevant field
      - Project management experience
      - Experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL)
      - Knowledge of humanitarian programming, SPHERE standards, and Catholic Social Teaching principles
      - Experience working with church partners
