      About the Role:

      We are excited to announce an opening for a Program Manager II to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a Residential Treatment Facility. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our program operates in compliance with city regulations, state licensing standards, county requirements, internal policies, and other applicable guidelines. You will also play a key leadership role in inter-agency program development and oversight, utilizing research-based best practices or evidence-based models of care in specialized residential service settings.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Daily Management: Oversee clinical and medical services, ensuring program effectiveness, compliance, and efficiency.
      • Budget and Strategic Goals: Establish annual budgets, plan for revenue, and set strategic goals for successful operations.
      • Compliance and Licensing: Prepare for and maintain compliance with licensure inspections and relevant regulations.
      • Policy Development: Assist in developing policies and procedures to support residential program operations.
      • Community Collaboration: Work with community partners and stakeholders to resolve interagency and systems issues.
      • Referral Processing: Handle referrals, conduct screenings, and facilitate move-ins.
      • Training and Development: Provide and support training for staff and agency-wide residential services.
      • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff, conducting performance reviews and ensuring staff competency.
      • Crisis Intervention: Lead and model crisis interventions, ensuring safety and following emergency protocols.
      • Documentation: Maintain accurate and compliant records, including electronic health records and billing documentation.
      • Facility Management: Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the facility and property.

      Qualifications:

      • Must be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA). (Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field or three years of equivalent experience.
      • Two to four years of supervisory experience required.
      • Experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
      • Knowledge of recovery models, motivational interviewing, illness management, evidence-based practices, and case management.
      • Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
      • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DMV check.
      • CPR/First Aid certification (provided post-offer).

      Working Conditions:

      • Work is performed in a residential treatment facility, with potential travel for meetings.
      • Daily routines may be hectic and require flexible time management.
      • Exposure to potential violent behavior, disease, biohazards, noise, and contaminants.
      • Diverse and unpredictable work demands requiring adaptability.
