What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads, identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing ones
- Analyze and optimize the lead flow process, ensuring proper qualification, scoring, and routing of leads
- Prioritize leads across multiple programs using data-driven insights
- Develop and execute strategies to re-activate and re-warm dormant or inactive leads
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on lead pipeline performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in demand management, sales operations, program management, or a related field
- Proven track record of building and optimizing lead pipelines, with strong understanding of lead qualification and scoring
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in relevant fields
- Familiarity with Google, YouTube, and TikTok platforms
- Experience with Tableau and data querying (e.g., Diquery)
- Digital marketing experience, including A/B testing and bounce rates
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
