      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to analyze partner account performance and identify improvement areas
      - Monitor partner performance, goal tracking, market trends, and forecasting to pinpoint challenges or opportunities
      - Partner with various teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships to ensure alignment
      - Anticipate challenges and facilitate resolutions among internal stakeholders while balancing business objectives
      - Adapt to the fast-paced and ambiguous nature of a start-up environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, or project management
      - Fluency in Spanish
      - Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
      - Experience working directly with entertainment partners
      - Strong operational skills and experience in data analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Industry experience in tech, social media, digital, or entertainment
      - Self-starter with the ability to prioritize work streams and communicate effectively
      - Experience with public presentations to diverse audiences
