      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage assigned programs to meet business objectives effectively
      - Utilize strong knowledge of Facets data model and claims application to address issues
      - Oversee installations, conversions, and upgrades while developing implementation plans
      - Conduct needs analysis for customer service and system upgrades or changes
      - Direct and present various analyses, including feasibility and cost/benefit studies, to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
      - Proficiency in SQL
      - Strong knowledge of EDI production issues and solutions
      - Experience in project management and resource organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in COB (Coordination of Benefits) is a plus
      - Additional certifications relevant to healthcare systems management
      - Familiarity with healthcare data analytics
      - Background in non-profit or faith-based healthcare settings
      - Demonstrated ability to influence key technical decisions
